We can work together or you can leave me to it. I will come prepared following our initial consultation and work through the areas we discussed and leave them transformed.
Disposal
I can advise on responsible disposal to re-use or recycle. Taking items away myself will incur additional costs.
Home staging, Moving and House Clearance
If you are moving home, preparing your home to sell or clearing out a relative's home, I can help.
Ongoing Maintenance and check-ins
Once cleared, spaces should be easier to maintain but old habits can die hard. Perhaps the room is serving a new purpose now, or kids are moving onto a new phase or it simply needs a re-edit and refresh. I can help with this.
Price Guide
Houly Rate: £40 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)
Timescales will be discussed in advance. Weekdays days are usually between 9:30am and 2:30pm. Weekends are possible too.
Local travel around South Oxfordshire and the surrounding area is included in the hourly rate. Jobs further afield may incur additional travel expenses.
Payment via invoice required at the end of each job.
Any costs incurred will be added to invoice including any items purchased that have been agreed in advance
